The Eva Solo Story
2013 marks the 100th anniversary of Eva Solo, a Danish designer and producer of kitchen accessories and household utensils. Founded in 1913 by Kai Rhode Fog in Malov, Denmark (near Copenhagen), Eva Solo found its niche as a maker of high-quality modern kitchen implements with the release of its combo flour shaker/citrus squeezer in 1949, and a bread/meat slicer in 1952. Hundreds of products have followed in the decades since. Today, the Eva Solo collection offers an extensive range of household tools in five categories: cooking, serving, living, bath and outdoor.
