Fun Facts About GUBI Lighting
Recently, GUBI was a part of a project that transformed the “The Standard”, a 1937 building in the center of Copenhagen, in to three restaurants and a jazz club. GUBI filled the space with their lighting designs and furniture—including the Cobra Wall Sconce—creating a vibrant center of modern design and culture to the city.

Originally designed in 1930 by Robert Dudley Best of England, the GUBI Lighting Bestlite BL2 Table Lamp is a design influenced by the German Bauhaus school of thought.
