A luxurious offering well-suited to large inside spaces, it’s made of brass and glass, suspending from a series of slender cables, and interspersing brass leaves and chains plated in 24 karat gold, adding a rich edge to the salute to natural expression. Each item is hand-assembled in Quebec and illuminated by small LED lamps set inside semi-spherical shades of handblown glass that dangle like baubles and dispense an even warmth from above, reflecting off the gold-plated leaves to salute the sharp eyes of foragers and the natural world while keeping the fine filigree of jewelry design. Each rich gold surface is burnished by reflected radiance from the restrained lamping, showcasing the hours of artisan work and individual adornment inherent in each piece.
Founded in 2015 by Audrée L. Larose and Félix Guyon, Larose Guyon creates sculptural lighting and objects inspired by its headquarters’ surrounding landscapes. Its unique designs are handmade by local artisans in the duo’s Quebec workshop, fusing traditional craftsmanship with expressive modernity.
