Key Features
Adjustable and sculptural. The Lampe de Marseille Mini Wall Sconce from Nemo features simple beauty that maximizes efficiency. It was designed by Le Corbusier in the early 50s, known for creating straightforward solutions to design needs. Originally designed for Le Corbusier’s housing development in Marseille, France, this product accommodates the modern home’s need for saving space and optimizing efficiency. The wall sconce leans forward and provides 180 degrees of swiveling and 220 degrees of angle adjusting. The shade is made out of spun aluminum, and it provides a soft, ambient glow throughout your room.
Founded in 1993 by Franco Cassina and Carlo Forcolini in Italy, Nemo was established to recreate the lighting pieces that best represented the "Golden Age" of Italian lighting design of the 1960s and 70s. Nemo acquired ItalianaLuce five years later, offering a line of clean, relaxed modern lighting that provided an informal counterpoint to the vintage mid-century authenticity found in Nemos modernist line of Franco Albini-designed lighting.
