Key Features
Beaming from top to bottom, evoking a dynamic saucer floating across the sky. The Impossible B Pendant from Metal Lux achieves the impossible with a bevy of contours that come together to create a lighting effect inspired by traditional Venetian luminaires. The pendant’s symmetrical shapes and impressive pattern go hand-in-hand with the fusion of industrial design, architecture, and graphic design in creator Massimo Mussapi’s work. A taste of industrial design shows in the versatile, near-disappearing quality of the fine wire suspension. Mussapi presents a shade reminiscent of a contemporary building’s architectural drawing. The shade’s metal wires flare out to create a graphic, airy silhouette. Light streams through the internal shape for a down glow and filters through the outer for an atmospheric visual.
Metal Lux brings high-end design lighting to residential spaces. Located in Veneto, Italy, Metal Lux uses over 40 years of business and design experience to create cutting-edge products with a variety of styles by designers with a range of artisanal skills. Since 2012, nearly all of the company’s energy needs have been covered by solar panels installed on the production plant.

A measurement of the power delivered to a component of an electric circuit (allowing a one-ampere current to flow through the component under the pressure of 1 volt.)Bulb Shape
Bulb shapes are denoted with a letter, which describes the shape, and a number, which indicates the size. The number indicates the diameter of the light bulb at its widest part in eighths of an inch.Base

Indicates how much voltage a bulb can accept via the fixture it's installed in.Light Color Temperature
The relative color from a light source, measured on the Kelvin temperature scale. Warm light is lower in color temperature (2700-3000 K) and cool, blue light is higher (5000 K).Average Rated Life
The average amount time that a bulb is expected to last.CRI
CRI = color rendering index. This number, which can go from 0 to 100, measures the ability of a light or bulb accurately renders colors. The higher the number, the better, with most quality bulbs these days measuring at least in the 80s.Manufacturer IDs: view
