Key Features
The Equalizer 4 Piece Linear Suspension from Ladies and Gentlemen Studio lends an architectural appeal to its surroundings. A clever sculptural piece that plays with notions of negative space, its modular design enables custom construction with a clever, open appeal. An open, appealing structure that engages negative space with geometric fixtures, it uses two circular canopies to send down an ample array of vertical stems, each one supporting strong lamping set in a sphere shade between the parallel stems and setting a long cylinder shade between the canopies. The lamping is mellowed by handblown glass created by artist John Hogan, each with a lustrous finish that shifts based on whatever illumination it encounters.
Ladies & Gentlemen Studio is a bicoastal design studio based in Seattle and Brooklyn. Founded by Dylan Davis and Jean Lee, the studio’s diverse range of lighting, furniture and home decor is infused with playful yet thoughtful details that bring wonderment to modern spaces.
