Its taut Cane-line Weave top (an all-weather wicker actually made out of polyethylene) is more than strong and smooth enough to hold beverages or books. It is stretched over an equally sturdy base of crossed aluminum wires in a matching black powder coat.

- Cane-line Weave is a dyed, hard-wearing polyethylene fiber. It can endure large temperature changes and seasonal changes. It is UV-resistant, colorfast and resistant to water and frost. Only a minimum of maintenance is required. However, to really prolong the good looks and lifetime of Cane-line Weave woven furniture, it is recommended that it be taken inside or covered during the winter, and periodically cleaned (remove any leaves, dirt, etc.) when in use.
