Vornado's origins trace back to the 1940s, born from the innovative minds of aeronautics engineer Ralph Odor and aircraft parts fabricator O.A. Sutton. The duo embarked on a journey to revolutionize the fan industry, leveraging Odor’s patented Power Vortex technology. This collaboration combined advanced aerodynamic engineering, similar to that used in aircraft design, to develop a fan that created a swirling airstream.
