VFAN Jr. Vintage Table Fan

I love how it looks, but, the 2 speeds barely circulate! Nothing like the last one I purchased!

So in order for the fan to work, you have to plug it in to the wall. I didn't know that. After you do that, there are two settings: low and high. So high is the fastest it goes. Low will be a lot slower. I was hoping the settings would have cool names, like High would be called Artic Blast and the Low setting would be called Late Summer Evening or something similar. Also, these fans are only suitable for indoor use. I didn't know that either. And yes, I would recommend this product to a friend, but I would tell my friend that it won't work in the rain.

I've been a "fan" of the VFANs for quite a few years. This is my first small one and it seems quite strong. It arrived well packed and immediately performed perfectly after it emerged from the box. It seems to me the Vornado VFANs are quite excellent in general and very pleasing to look at as well.

The fan looks really old fashion, but I remember this from back in the day. The problem is the fan just doesn't do the job. It just doesn't cool. I might send it back but again I like the style.

The fan color is darker than pictured, on the box & website it is closer to teal, in person it is a dark green. The knob on the back falls off and there are only two settings, high and low. The fan is otherwise OK but the quality does not match the price.
