vornado.com/homeUnit is not quite as powerful as the older fans, but even on full blast it is 75% less noisy. Takes up less space on the floor.
I'm a big fan!

vornado.com/homeThis fan is great. It's quiet, very powerful, light, and compact. The design is different to usual, the air comes out of the long skinny opening instead of a wide face. This lets even the slowest settings be very strong. I also appreciate the remote being magnetic, it's super convenient.
Absolutely awesome

vornado.com/homeI own numerous Vornado DC fans including towers. I have found this fan is the best of both worlds. It brings the cool air up from the floor and with the oscillating feature, it covers the whole room. Plenty of fan speeds easily controlled with the remote control. Would I wish for one thing....Yes, a 45° oscillation choice along with the 180° and 90° choices.
Great fan

vornado.com/homeThis fan is awesome! I love how you can pick One direction for it to stay put at or it can fan across 90 degrees or 180 degrees. The speed goes from slow to super fast and moves a lot of air. It's relatively quiet for the amount of air it blows!
Vornado
Vornado's origins trace back to the 1940s, born from the innovative minds of aeronautics engineer Ralph Odor and aircraft parts fabricator O.A. Sutton. The duo embarked on a journey to revolutionize the fan industry, leveraging Odor’s patented Power Vortex technology. This collaboration combined advanced aerodynamic engineering, similar to that used in aircraft design, to develop a fan that created a swirling airstream. This innovation significantly enhanced air circulation efficiency compared to the floor fan designs available at the time, marking the birth of a modern classic in the fan industry.
