The Arturo Alvarez Tempo Andante Pendant is the moment before a skirt is ready to twirl, featuring two layers of painted Steel mesh that seem to be full of movement. The design really comes to life once lit; as light peaks through the pleats and layers, a soft source of illumination is created. Although the material looks like a sheer fabric, the Stainless Steel mesh maintains a rigid form while providing enough down light below the open base.
a-emotional light was founded in 1994 as “a by arturo alvarez.” Rebranded in 2020, a-emotional light brings a family of products each unique and irregular, inspired by the landscape of Galica in Northwestern Spain where the company is based.
