Key Features
The LuXiole Chandelier from DESIGNHEURE draws the eyes with Italian coffee pot-inspired forms in a high-style honeycomb composition. Designer and architect Kristian Gavoille brings a story-telling approach to the piece. Gavoille reimagines the faceted forms of vintage Italian coffee pots as clean fabric shades. Beechwood and ornamental metal accents top the shades with a charming rustic touch. The shades hang in the air with a bell-like quality from a fine textile cord. A star-like framework spaces the shades out, giving the piece a comfortable, airy feel. The compact canopy suspends the framework, complementing low and high ceilings. When turned on, light flows through the spacious shades as a spacious down glow. The light enhances the sharp geometric silhouette of the shades.
Founded in 2005, DESIGNHEURE is a French studio specializing in custom-made lighting solutions for architects and interior designers. From its intricate, space-defining Mozaik collection to its highly adaptable Nuage series, designheure continues to transcend the boundaries of creativity, quality and innovation.
