Key Features
Is it a luminaire or a piece of art? Why not both. Designer Francesco Vilaro’s affinity for iconic mobile sculpture artist Alexander Calder shows in the elegant, dynamic, yet discreet Invisible PF/3L LED Pendant from Bover. Just like Calder created line drawings in space, this piece does so with a functional twist. It’s a design stemming from Vilaro’s approach of boiling every functional element of a lamp to its essential shape. For the suspension, Vilaro creates clean linear arms that zip across the air with an airy feel. Moving the eyes around like an art piece, circular shapes dot the air to define the counterweights and lamp heads. All these elements move in unison as each arm rotates and angles to your lighting needs. The LED heads also adjust to your liking with a charming handle. The LED module is ‘invisible’ as it sits behind the opaque diffuser. When turned on, the brilliant lit circles blanket the space below with a clean, calming glow.
The Bover collection, made in Barcelona, is inspired by the light playing within the sky and sea. Balancing quality and form resulting in a non-temporal style capable of adapting comfortably to future times. Bovers products range from ceiling lights, pendants, and wall sconces to floor and table lamps.
