Inspired by the cymbals of famous drummer, Ginger Baker, the Marset Ginger LED Arc Floor Lamp is an exceptionally slender conductor of light with a far reach. The high-pressure shaping of wood and paper yields the ultra-thinness of the shade, brilliantly amplifying the LED light outward with a white interior. The aluminum structure holds the warm LED module which is outfitted with special optics to open up the light beam. In an effort to dissipate the LED light temperature, designer Joan Gaspar decided to thicken the aluminum instead of carving out grooves in the metal holder. The stem arches at a ninety degree angle, suspending the shade with a slightly adjustable height and hanging length.
