The Arturo Alvarez Blum Pendant inspires and delights with threads of steel that appear to be drawn in space. Spools of steel wire are formed into lovely orbs one by one. Assuring no piece is identical, the globes are composed together by hand in a light, beautiful object that seemingly defies gravity. Emotions arise as vibrant light fills and accentuates the airy threads dancing throughout.
a-emotional light was founded in 1994 as “a by arturo alvarez.” Rebranded in 2020, a-emotional light brings a family of products each unique and irregular, inspired by the landscape of Galica in Northwestern Spain where the company is based.
