A dense array of straight steel rods with curved tops are held around the rim of a smaller set of steel rings, expanding out into a wireframe cone when secured around the larger lower ring base. A central stem provides stability, while smooth-surfaced candelabra lamping thrusts straight up from the lower ring, offering a wide-reaching bright light all around the fixture.
