The Astro Chandelier from Metal Lux creates the feeling of celebration every time one steps into the room with a fantastic composition of handcrafted ribbons. This piece represents Studio Tecnico Metallux’s approach of creating strong forms with a sense of proportion and inventive materials. With the chandelier, the studio drew inspiration from the imaginative, free-flowing visuals of Venetian-style luminaires. The ribbons are the central motif here, one handcrafted and hand-arranged from metal. These ribbons spiral over each other while creating a charming globe shape as they surround a globe light source. The light produces an atmospheric glow and a display of dancing highlights on the curvy metal.
