Key Features
The Walwyn Table Lamp by Currey & Company was created when designer Ian Thoron started to explore the use of horizontal lines instead of the typical vertical lines found in lamp bodies. Balancing an equally spaced arrangement of metal disks up the spine of this lamp, the arrangement reminded him of a skyscraper being built before the walls were put in, giving this design a structured yet airy quality. Set on a solid base and paired with a crisp linen shade, this piece is topped off with a simple finial and dressed up with a beautiful finish.
Currey & Company creates history by acknowledging traditions from the past and by producing rare and enduring innovative products.
