Artisanal Modern Like New, Open Box Returns

Open Box Lighting, Furniture, Ceiling Fans & Home Decor

Lumens features thousands of quality lights, furniture, and decor, but purchasing during our sales isn't the only time you can save on classic modern pieces. Our open-box selection offers another way to get the same high-quality products you love — at a significant discount.

What Does Open Box Mean and How Does it Work?

1. Open-box returns are actually new items. The only thing notable about them is that their original packaging has been opened.

2. After receiving and opening the new lighting fixture, lamp, ceiling fan, furniture piece or home decor item, the original buyer changed their mind and returned the item with it and all of its components otherwise intact.

3. We inspect the product to make sure it hasn't been damaged or tampered with to guarantee you a new-condition, high quality product.

4. For us, it means being able to offer massive discounts for timeless products while not having to resort to throwing away products just because they were opened.

5. For you, it means saving hundreds on discount lighting, ceiling fans and furniture.

Please note that the sale of open-box items are final. No returns will be accepted, no other promotions apply and quantities are limited to the stock on hand. Once it is gone, it's gone. Please note vendor warranties may not be honored on Open Box product.
