- To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended. Spot clean using the foam only from a water-based cleaning agent such as a mild detergent or non-solvent upholstery shampoo. Apply foam with a soft rag or brush in a circular motion. Vacuum when dry. Always pretest a small area before proceeding.

The chair is exactly as pictured on the web site. My only knock is that for a rocking chair, it doesn't rock back in it's neutral state as much as I would have liked (so much more upright and vertical when you're sitting in it than reclined). I guess I thought it would be a little more low-profile.

Solid lounger but no ottoman

I really love the chair. It's comfortable to relax in, the construction is solid, and the bright color is nicely contrasted by the powder coated steel legs. If you like the look of most Gus Modern furniture, this piece will not disappoint. This piece has no ottoman, however, and I've been struggling to find one that is large enough in size and has enough presence to stand up to a chair as bold as this rocker. Also, while I love the look of the steel legs; the apex of each forms a fairly sharp point, which is super easy to kick if you're rushing past it (and super painful).. I still love the chair though, bloody feet and all.
