  • What is the Lumens Lux Rewards program?

    Lumens Lux Rewards is our free loyalty program for consumers. Earn points for each order that you place and redeem your points for rewards that can be applied to future orders.


  • How do I join Lumens Lux Rewards program?

    A free Lumens account is required to take part in Lumens Lux Rewards. You can enroll here. You will earn points with every purchase which can be used to redeem rewards on future orders.


  • How do I earn points and rewards vouchers?

    You can earn points by placing an order on or by placing an order over the phone. You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend. For every 500 points, you will receive a voucher for $25.00. See all the details and benefits by visiting the Lumens Lux Rewards tab under My Account.


  • How can I see my Lumens Lux Rewards status?

    The Lumens Lux Rewards dashboard shows all your loyalty program activity. Log in and visit My Account and click on the Lumens Lux Rewards tab.


  • What do I have to spend to redeem my rewards voucher?

    There is no spending limit to redeem the rewards voucher.


  • Can I redeem one rewards voucher in multiple transactions?

    A rewards voucher can only be applied to a single transaction.


  • What happens to my points when I return an item?

    If you make a return, your points will be subtracted from your rewards balance.


  • How do the rewards vouchers work?

    You can use your rewards vouchers on any eligible products, excluding taxes and shipping costs. When you're ready to check out, browse through the eligible vouchers and apply them in the checkout page in the Add Coupon Code box.


  • Can I earn more than one rewards voucher before I redeem them?

    Is there a limit to how many rewards vouchers I can have at any given time?


  • Can I redeem multiple rewards vouchers on one order?

    You can redeem multiple rewards vouchers on an order.


  • If I return an item that I used rewards vouchers on, will I be refunded the rewards vouchers?

    Rewards vouchers cannot be refunded if you return an order unless the item is defective.


  • How quickly will I receive and be able to use my points and rewards vouchers?

    You will receive points as soon as your order is shipped. Vouchers are automatically available as soon as you reach 500 points. The vouchers expire 90 days after being issued.


  • Do my points expire?

    Points which do not convert to a voucher expire in 12 months.


  • Can I give my Lumens Lux Rewards points to someone else?

    Points and rewards vouchers are not transferable.
