Lumens Lux Loyalty Program Announcement Questions
The Lumens Lux Loyalty program ended on Friday, January 5, 2024. New members will not be enrolled after the stated date. Below are a few FAQs regarding the program.

What will happen to outstanding points?
Any points that have not been converted to vouchers are voided. -
What will happen to outstanding vouchers?
Vouchers are valid until the expiration date or March 31, whichever is soonest. Vouchers can be redeemed on the website (once per order) or when calling the Sales Department at (877) 445-4486. -
What about pending points?
Pending points will be honored and will be converted into vouchers if applicable. -
How to check available points?
An email will be sent that will include the customer’s vouchers around 1/5/24. The customer can also call Customer Service.
