The LBL Lighting Story
LBL Lighting was founded in Chicago in 1971 as a small family business, originally known as Lightning Bug Limited. Since then, LBL has grown into a leading company in contemporary, trend-forward lighting design, with a reputation for quality. Track lighting, pendants and wall lights by LBL are designed and assembled by a team of more than 300 in a 205,000 square-foot facility in Skokie, Illinois.
Why We Love LBL Lighting
LBL Lighting develops its various fixtures with three core values in mind: Beauty, originality and quality. Its art glass pendants (the brand’s contemporary forms inspired by organic shapes), suspension pieces, wall sconces, ceiling, bath, outdoor and other fixtures are empirically beautiful. The beauty in LBL products lies in their originality, using unusual shapes and the latest low voltage and LED lighting technologies.
