The Grand Carre Eau de Lumiere LED Chandelier from DESIGNHEURE is a standout in silhouette inspired by the masculine and feminine features of perfume bottles. It's a refined yet stylish modern design, reflecting designer Davide Oppizzi's background in creating lighting projects for the leading fashion houses. Oppizzi's work seeks to 'reveal matter' using light. The piece descends from a low-profile canopy with charming streams of textile cord. The cords work together with ultra-fine cords to give each form an intriguing floating quality. Wrapped in soft fabric, the metal forms suggest perfume bottles with tight curves and clean edges. Color contrast catches the eyes inside and outside. LED light enhances the colors as it glazes the interior surface. Passing by a horizontal band for a glare-free experience, the LED light filters out as a soft, intimate glow.
