The Kartell Taj Mini LED Table Lamp has all the simple, curvaceous elegance the original Taj, but is designed especially for smaller surfaces. It features an energy efficient LED array housed in the uppermost tip the PMMA plastic curve, with an inherent slide dimmer located just underneath. Designed by Ferruccio Laviani.

I am a big fan of products designed and manufactured in Italy. The Taj Mini Led Lamp was everything I was looking for to add to my very modern decor. The quality and workmanship is outstanding! I remember seeing the larger version of this lamp on the internet previously, but the lamp was much larger than what I was looking for. When I saw the photo of the mini Taj on Ylighting, I did not hesitate with my purchase. I purchased it in white and I could not have been happier. The design and functionality of the lamp are fantastic. It is a real head turner!

Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
