Lumens offers a variety of shipping options based on your order total, delivery location, item type, and selected shipping speed. Shipping costs, available delivery options, and any applicable surcharges will be shown on the product page, in your cart, or during checkout.
Free U.S. Shipping
Lumens offers free ground shipping via UPS or FedEx on orders of $99 or more shipping within the contiguous United States.
Some exclusions apply. Free shipping does not apply to:
- Orders under $99, which are charged a $14.99 flat rate
- Special order, oversized, fragile, or heavy items that ship by freight
- Items with a shipping surcharge
- Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico Shipping
Lumens offers standard and expedited shipping options to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs will be shown after your shipping address is entered during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply to items shipped by freight. Items shipping to remote or limited access areas may also have longer transit times.
Canadian Shipping
Lumens offers ground and expedited shipping options to Canada. Shipping costs include brokerage fees, but do not include taxes or customs duties. Taxes and customs duties are listed at checkout and collected with your order payment. All pricing displayed on Lumens.com is in U.S. dollars.
Additional shipping charges may apply to items shipped by freight. Items shipping to remote or limited access areas may have longer transit times.
Please note that not all items are eligible to ship to Canada. Use the available filters or look for the Canadian flag under the product's key features to see which items ship to Canada.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available on most items that ship via UPS or FedEx. Eligible expedited options and costs will be shown after your shipping address is entered during checkout.
Choosing expedited shipping only speeds up the transit time once the order ships. It does not speed up the product lead time or order processing time. Lead times and processing times vary by manufacturer and are based on product availability, assembly, packaging, and preparation before shipment. These estimates are shown on the product page, in your cart, and during checkout.
Shipping Surcharges
Some manufacturers require a shipping surcharge. These charges help cover service levels or shipping requirements outside of the basic shipping method. When applicable, the surcharge will be shown on the product page, in your shopping cart, and during checkout.
Freight Shipping
Special order, oversized, fragile, or heavy items may need to ship by freight. Freight shipping options and costs will be shown after your shipping address is entered during checkout.
Available freight shipping options may include:
First Threshold Delivery — Items are brought into your home just inside the garage, front door, or side door on a pallet. This option does not include delivery above the first floor, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.
Room of Choice Delivery — Items are brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice. This option does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.
Inside Delivery with Assembly — Your item is delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and packaging is removed. This service is not available for all products. Eligible options will be shown during checkout.
Expedited Freight — Items are brought into your home or commercial space and placed just inside the garage, front door, or side door on a pallet. This option is ideal for business customers who need faster freight delivery.
Freight transit time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. Deliveries to remote or limited access areas may take longer. Additional charges may apply for freight shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
