Title 24 Compliant Lighting

Generally speaking, Title 24 is the section of the California Code of Regulations that govern residential and commercial construction. One of the key components of Title 24 centers on maximizing the energy efficiency of the lighting installed in homes and commercial spaces, both new and remodeled. Why Title 24 Lighting?

As awareness of the role that energy usage and greenhouse gases play on the environment has increased in late 20th and early 21st centuries, Title 24 requirements have been changed to reflect this push toward conservation.
