Not super well-made but he's going to really notice when it's up on the wall above the sink? Follow the instructions carefully as you have to take it apart in order to put it together.

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps. Inspired by the success of that endeavor--and the observed popularity of such contemporary lighting--Kovacs expanded his lighting import and design business (with locations throughout New York).
