Bring a warm wash of light to your bathroom or other living spaces with the ever-tasteful lines of the Midnight LED Vanity Light by George Kovacs. A sleek fixture with simple construction and elegant modern accents, it uses a large rectangular wall mount to tuck a long, wet-listed integrated LED beneath two glass diffusers. The glass closest to it is a rounded channel of etched opal glass that covers any errant brightness, while the outer layer is a lined plate of clear glass that sparkles when illuminated. Both layers are held in place by shiny, sharp-cornered rectangular frames that offer both accent and contrast with the wall plate and help create a cohesive construction.

The vanity light looks great it was fairly simple to install but also has lots of little pain points. The biggest issue for me was the top screws since the light was so close to the ceiling, I couldn't secure that point. A French cleat for the top would have been a better design but other than that it looks and works great.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

George Kovacs

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps. Inspired by the success of that endeavor--and the observed popularity of such contemporary lighting--Kovacs expanded his lighting import and design business (with locations throughout New York).
