Chairs are great but my order was delayed twice and it took a full 6 months to receive the items. Didn't receive updates from Lumen's via email just had to log in to see that the delivery dates kept getting pushed further and further. Super disappointing.

I ordered these items because they were listed as in stock and ready to ship. After placing the order, Lumens placed a hold on my credit card and then notified me the items were actually not available and would be delayed. The delay caused the original card authorization to expire, which then led to a billing issue on Lumens' end. Communication from customer service was inconsistent, and resolving the billing problem required multiple follow-ups from me. Overall the experience reflected poor inventory accuracy and frustrating customer service. I would be cautious about relying on Lumens' "in stock" status when ordering.
