The Kartell Glossy Round Table designed by Antonio Citterio is one of a collection of tables ideal both for the home and office, characterized by a sophisticated design and elegant finishing. The light chromed steel structure criss-crosses and connects the legs on each of the four sides to support a polished polyester or laminate top. The collection comes in square, oval and round versions (packed into a practical flat package) and is available in three elegant colors: Black, White and Kartell Red.

Kartell

Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
