I would rate Lumens with 5 starts, but it took more than 2 months to get the bench delivered. We received two confusing notices about the ship date that I had to clarify. When I did clarify, I believe the person pushed to get our bench delivered -- which was great! We received the bench today and we were disappointed that there were no instructions as to how to set it up. The feet were confusing -- two stuck out making the bench tilt. Anyway, we finally figured it out but it would have been much easier to have instructions.
