Love my Berenice!
I had a halogen floor light next to my bed, but I was now going to have a table there and needed a table light. I've always like the looks of the Berenice. I really wanted a red shade, but for some reason they are no longer available. Settled on the blue, which is fine. A little tricky to assemble. Hoping that halogen bulb never burns out! Overall, I do really like the looks and function of this light.
An excellent reading lamp that is light and highly adjustabl
I love this reading lamp. Over the past 10 years, I have purchased at least 8 of them, and I continue to be impressed by the versatility, the brightness, the excellent design, and the excellent lighting it provides. I use my lamps for reading, and they are wonderful in that they have a light beam that is focused and does not light up the room, allowing me to read easily in a dark room without disturbing my wife nearby. I would recommend this lamp to anyone.
I love the light
I have always wanted this light and am thrilled to have it in blue. It is a perfect balance of modernity and classicism.
Great lamp, great light
Took me a little while to assemble but have to say since then it has been a really great task light for my desk. It is easy to operate and provides a very clear bright illumination for my desk. it swivels easily and adjusts up and down easily as well. I highly recommend this lamp!
This is my third Berenice lamp,
but my first LED one. I like the Berenice series because they are very adjustable and you can vary the tension in the joints with a penny. The LED version has a better distribution of light than the halogen models and it is easier to turn the shade. Since it was from YLighting, the price was great and I got it in a couple of days. I have bought many lamps ( and a salad bowl) from them.
Luceplan
Established in 1978 by architects Riccardo Sarfatti, Paolo Rizzatto and Sandra Severi, Luceplan defined its goal of democratic quality design, free of stylistic clichés and opulence, from the very onset. This approach--soon acknowledged by the market and numerous international awards--was perfected when Alberto Meda, an engineer with a passionate love for design, joined the team in 1984.
