Arrived in a box that was barely secured with tape. Lamp had black marks all over the bottom of the base that did not come out with a wet rag. Called customer service and they would only give me 10% off. I would not have received a replacement in time. Very disappointing, especially considering I have a Lumens professional account as an interior designer. I even emailed my representative with an email and photos and he never responded.
