It's a lovely piece, but not right for our space. I submitted a return request according to your website directions and I'm still waiting for a response, despite asking several times for an update, so I'd say the purchase experience was not as advertised. I suggest you buy your fixtures elsewhere.

Beautiful lamp. However, difficult installation and very poor installation instruction.

A sturdy, complimentary, side table that matches my glider chair.A friend put it together, with ease. Only took about 20 minutes to do so.It's a perfect reading table that is just the right size for my small studio apartment. Looks just like the picture.

Bought two and was able to hang one in 3.5 hours. Clever design for the conductors but maybe too clever. The braided metal sheath used to suspend one of the tips is also the power. It would have been easier to install it they used two separate conductors within the decorative braided metal sheath. Instead they made the sheath a low voltage conductor--again--clever but too clever. The sheath is delicate when pulled back and you have to split it and twist it to connect it to the power terminal. I found that difficult but maybe an electrician would find it easier.

Very simple modern design and beautifully executed. Takes a LONG time to get it mounted correctly, be aware and set aside several hours with a helper to get it done. But once it's hung the way you intend, it's really fantastic. We love that the lights can rotate. We are really happy with our modern "bird" light.
