Very pretty little lamp, purchased to bring more light to a dimly lit table. It works well and provides 3 levels of lighting - great to turn up as needed and then dim back down for a softer ambient light. The only issue I see is that when it is at full power the light source is a bit bright to the eye - but again - very easy to dim back down with a quick touch.
