The Type 80 T1 LED Desk Lamp by Anglepoise, designed by Sir Kenneth Grange, fits the collection's graphic profile into a compact, practical size. Its diffusing shade softens the glow, while a slim steel arm and weighted base keep the whole piece steady and balanced. On a narrow desk or a small nightstand, where every inch counts, it delivers useful task illumination without crowding the surface. The veteran industrial designer gives it a clean silhouette that feels considered from all sides.

Comments about Type 80 T1 Desk Lamp

This was a gift for my niece's first desk. It fits perfectly and gives great illumination.

Anglepoise

Anglepoise started in 1899 by Herbert Terry and sons. They originally sold products that used their springs, like toasters, bike seats and spring clips. It wasn't until 1931 when George Carwardine established a theory for using balanced weights with these springs that Anglepoise introduced lighting to the company.
