The Trim Round LED Flushmount from Maxim Lighting embodies architectural restraint through its ultra-thin circular profile. The design philosophy centers on maximizing light output while maintaining a minimal visual presence on the ceiling. The fixture achieves this balance through a die-cast aluminum housing that holds a recessed white polycarbonate diffuser, positioning the light source below the mounting surface. This approach produces even illumination distribution while allowing the fixture to virtually disappear into the architectural context above.

Comments about Trim Round LED Flushmount

Greatly improved closet lighting both in function and looks . Replaced old fashioned bulb fixture. Better than recessed lighting .

Don't buy this product. Maxim lighting ships it in a box without any padding! It's basically in a baggie, with 2 extremely thin loose strips of foam at 2 ends of the box. First time - box was beat up, something was rattling inside the light. I let Maxim and Lumens know about lack of padding. Second time - replacement light was packed exactly the same way - there was a small nick on the rim and about 6 inches of edge of diffuser was pushed off the rim and up into the fixture. (I then ordered a similar light from another company - it was packed with 2 sides wedged into foam pieces and was fine.) Someone showed up from UPS the other day to pick up one of the lights, I think Lumens wanted the second one back - luckily I was home, as there was no notice that was going to happen.

Purchased for the hallway in our mid century home. They look great & give off plenty of light, which tends to be a problem in houses of this era. I'd recommend & buy again! Also in houses of this era, no fixture mounts are standard to code so they require some rigging. If this is the case, you'll need to get the lens off---a glasses or other similar tiny screwdriver works well to gently pry off.

I ordered a black light and a white light was delivered. I had to call several times to get the return label finally sent to me. The package had to be dropped off at a UPS store for delivery. I have yet to receive the refund to my credit card.

Maxim Lighting

Back in 1965, Jacob Sperling came to Los Angeles to study aeronautical engineering. Inspired by a job working for a lighting retailer, he turned his mechanical skills to the manufacture of lighting fixtures, building them in his garage and selling them out of his station wagon. In 1970, he brought brother Zvi on to help, and Maxim Lighting was born.
