Tolomeo with Shade Reading Floor Lamp

The way this lamp works allows us to put the shade in many optional places. I now have 2 of them.

We thought this light might be a little too big for our space, Turns out it was perfect ( we live in an apt). It came shipped in multi boxes with the lamp base being the heaviest one. Everything was packed safely and arrived in perfect condition. We will be moving it around to find its perfect spot but until then we have set it up and love the look and quality. If you are considering this light and cant decide if you want this size or the smaller one, go for this one! It makes a great statement in the home and adds a very "zen" feel with the warm tone lamp shade.

Versatile - looks good in modern or eclectic decor. The paper shade is a nice twist on the classic Tolomeo, softens it a little. Practical and relatively well priced.

First of all I generally appreciate Artemide products and have the mega version of this line. The Tolomeo lamp shade lacks a friction washer for dampening and fine tuning the tilt of the lamp shade. On top of that adjustability problem, for my taste the lamp shade looks just a bit small.

We've been wanting this lamp for ten years. It's everything we dreamed of. The setup was a bit difficult and we had to find more precise directions online, but now it's the lamp of our dreams!!
