The lamp was nice, but overwhelmed our room. We live in a small house with relatively low ceilings, and the lamp just swamped the space no matter how I positioned it. So I returned it. I also didn't like how the cord was entirely exposed....it seems like the design could have been done to have the cord be not so visible. But it was mainly the size of it that made me return. Otherwise it is an interesting and unique design, and practical.

I bought this lamp for a room that has always been too dark. The room has high ceilings and the lights are inadequate. I wanted something modern but elegant and high enough that it would not be in the way . It arches over a large sectional and we can now gather and play games without having to squint! The light is sturdy, beautiful, constructed with care and attention to detail. It's architectural and wonderfully illuminating. I love this extra tall height and reach of the mega lamp size. I should not have waited so long.
