Comments about Splitty Reach LED Desk Lamp

Not very pleased. Ordered on February 14. Was notified on February 20 it would be here by the 25th. By March 5, still was not here. Emailed. Reply said it would be here by March 9. Did not arrive. On March 10, called and was told it will arrive after March 31. We'll see. Pretty shoddy operation. Won't deal with Lumens again. Just hope the lamp arrives in working order because if not, I am wary they will not give me a refund. Lousy service from a company that purports to be upscale.

There are LED lights that showcase the typical LED dots. This is not one of them and is one of the main reasons I love this desk lamp. The light is very even and 'not in your face bright'. The reach is especially nice, because I can adjust it as I need it to shine on my paperwork or just light up my work area in general. Highly recommend!

Koncept was formed in 2002 in Monterey Park, CA to build on the many years of manufacturing and industrial design experience gained by the founders, the Ng family. Peter Ng brought 30 years of design experience; his sons, Kenneth and Edmund, engineering degrees. The first Koncept lighting fixture was the Z-Bar, released in 2005.
