The lamp arrived with a damaged/frayed electrical cord, and missing two parts. I called immediately, three days ago, to resolve the issue, spoke to a rep, and no one has gotten back to me. Additionally, another lamp I previously ordered, I tried to cancel within 10 hours and it was sent anyway. So, I started the return online, and they only sent me one label, when two were needed (lamp came in two boxes). It took multiple phone calls, and 10 DAYS to finally get the second return label. Not happy with this whole experience.

With another lamp, previously ordered, I called maybe 10 hours after placing the order online to cancel it, but it was sent anyway. So, I started a return online, and they only sent me one return label, when I needed two (lamp came in two boxes). It took about 10 days, and several phone calls, to finally get the second return label. Needless to say, I'm not happy with the service.
