Comments about Shailene Square Semi-Flushmount
Shailene square light design is fine, construction is very flimsy. After connecting all the parts, the fixture was not completely vertical (pipe connector was slightly crooked). The glass bottom does not fit tightly within the fabric frame so from below there are gaps. I would not recommend.

The glass is a pretty, evenly frosted glass that diffuses the light for a soft glow across the room. The sade is a beautiful light linen-feel material. It is well made with precisely finished corners and edges. Definitely high quality. The metal pieces are, as you would expect from Kichler, very high quality with weight and strength. The satin finish is smooth with no flaws. This is a very high quality fixture that would work great with a variety of decor styles. The three bulbs design allows lots of light that really lights up the medium-sized room where we installed it. It is simple and elegant. It does not call attention but gives the room a niced finished feel. Installation was straightforward and relatively easy. I am very happy and impressed with the Shailene fixture.

The light gave so much more lighting in that room I can see to paint better also made it look a little more contemporary and beautiful. The square shade and brass fittings are beautiful. After I got it to the center of the room it was just perfect. Easy installation.
