The Sammen Outdoor Lounge Chair from FDB Møbler is designed for those who savor time in the garden—whether wrapped in a blanket with a cup of tea in early spring or relaxing with a book on a warm summer day. Crafted in oiled teak, it offers the same comfort, relaxed character, and understated elegance found in FDB’s indoor lounge chairs. Designer Thomas Alken brings his deep experience in Danish lounge furniture to this, his first outdoor version, creating a classic, welcoming chair that feels timeless in any outdoor setting.

FDB Møbler

Based in Albertslund, Denmark, FDB Møbler remains a torchbearer of timeless Danish design—producing sustainable, high-quality furniture intended to endure both physically and stylistically for generations. In 1942, amid a world dominated by heavy, ornate furnishings accessible only to the privileged few, a quiet revolution began in Denmark.
