Excellent seller! Your sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. I have been looking for this replacement for over three years and no one could find it except Lumens. My local dealer who sold me the original chair could not find a replacement. I could not find a source online Lumens seemed like an unlikely source, and even though it was on back order you filled my need as soon as possible. You saved my very expensive Lafuma chair. Well done, lumens!

The original canvases on two Futura XL chairs lasted two summers in Northern Virginia (stored indoors in the off season). When time came to replace the canvas the effects of the pandemic on manufacturing in France became apparent. After diligently searching for a source of supply a single replacement was found in the U.K. However, due to Covid-related international shipping restrictions it could not be sent to the U.S. So after several months finally found the replacement canvases available again! It's great to have our chairs back in use!

Customer service was great in helping me get a replacement canvas for my chair that I thought was a lost cause due to a lot of use. It arrived quickly and I was able to restore my chair to it's original condition. I can't say enough about the help I received. My chair looks like new and sits like new again. I am so grateful as I count on this chair for relieving my back pain.
