- Regular cleaning for lamellas should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. If your outdoor products need an extra cleaning, an auto shampoo can be used. Store in a dry place in winter if possible. Brush, sand when dry, and apply oil to bamboo. Do not cover the bamboo to prevent mold buildup.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
