This really makes my dining room set!

Bought a few of these with some other end chairs. They're fantastic
Very sturdy chair
This chair arrived in good shape though the packing could have been better. The chair looks exactly like the picture. I think the color is described as smoke but it is not grey but rather blueish so be warned. The color on the site is pretty close and the name of the color is not. lastly I'm 6"2' and weigh over 300 lbs and this chair still feels solid to sit on. I've sat in several other plastic chairs and they felt pretty wiggly. So if you like the look of this chair on the site and the color works for you, you will be happy with the purchase.
Parisienne chairs
the chairs are great - comfortable, and easy to stack.... my one complaint is that the bottoms are hard rubber and I have painted floors. no way to get any floor protectors on them.. fingers crossed guests aren't too hard on the floor!
Good product, not perfect

I like Calligaris products and purchased their bed and side tables in the past. I was expecting this product to be equally good. The chair is very nice, I use it for my vanity. My only complaint is that it doesn't have any soft padding at the bottom and makes a loud sound when I shift it. It hasn't scratched my floors but most furniture I buy has padding, so I was expecting one for this too. That was disappointing. Other than that this is a good chair. I prefer Louis Ghost chair but the non-armchair one was too narrow while the armchair one would not go inside the vanity, so this chair was a good compromise.
Average chair

After searching far and wide, I purchased this chair in transparent for my mirrored vanity. It lacks the "wow" factor. I went to Bloomingdale's and saw the Louis Ghost chair that I liked much better, but the one with arms would not fit inside the vanity, and one without arms is too narrow. I have bought other Calligaris products in the past but was surprised that this one was just average. I think it looks better in pictures! The worst thing about this chair is that it drags on the floor. Most of the products I buy have a kind of padding at the bottom so that they don't scratch or drag on the floor. This one hasn't scratched my floor yet, but it does make a loud dragging sound. I hate that, especially for a product I will be using every single day. For the price and brand, it fell a tad short. I like Kartell better.
Calligaris
In 1923, Antonio Calligaris founded his small artisanal furniture business with the "Marocca" chair, distinguished by gently curved wood legs and a handwoven rush seat. For decades, the company continued to specialize in handmade wood furniture, until strides in manufacturing automation as well as a proliferation of new materials, metals, plastics, glass, fabrics, helped Calligaris to expand the variety of its contemporary furniture and improve the speed with which it was made. Today, the extensive line of Calligaris chairs, tables, living room, and bedroom furniture is found in modern homes worldwide.
