- Sunset West frames are crafted in powder-coated aluminum and wrought iron. To clean, use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid coarse brushes or harsh cleaners, as these may damage the finish. We recommend using outdoor covers (sold separately) during inclement weather or when furniture is not in use. Always ensure frames and cushions are completely dry before covering, and store cushions separately. In freezing conditions, furniture should be kept dry and either covered or stored in a shed or garage. Although drain holes help prevent water buildup, moisture can still collect, freeze, and cause damage to the frame and finish. Coastal environments are especially harsh on metal; salt should be cleaned from frames regularly to prevent oxidation, discoloration, or blistering. To maintain or restore the luster of powder-coated finishes, after-market products are available to refresh UV and water repellency—apply as needed.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
