Comments about Mini Geen-A Rechargeable LED Table Lamp

This fixture was a purchase for a client's console table. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The lamp came with an adapter for the charger since it's Italian and we are in the U.S. The lamp was already charged upon arrival. It's functioning properly, so far, and looks great. It's on the smaller side, which works perfectly for its intended purpose and placement.

Comments about Mini Geen-A Rechargeable LED Table Lamp

The on/off button is flush mounted with the underside of the lampshade. You have to grope around the shade to find the button or pick up the lamp and turn it upside down to find it. The button also functions as the dimmer. It takes a lot of practice to control easily. The power cord slot for recharging the battery is also on the underside of the lampshade. Therefor, when you need to charge the lamp, an unflattering powecord dangles down from the shade. Finally, the powercord plug is designed to be flexible for servicing multiple outlet types depending on ship-to country. We live in the US and were correctly sent the US attachment to fit to the cord. However, neither my husband nor I could get it to snap into place, rendering it useless. We have to use an existing powercord we had already at home to charge. I definitely would not buy this product again.

Kartell

Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
