A soft, squashy delight designed by Gabriel Tan, its straightforward shape is inspired by both a Japanese futon and the strength of a clenched boxing glove, which is where it takes its name. While the name “Luva” means “glove” in Portuguese, each seat is made in the USA to be a robust, flexible folder in a “Fist” configuration, with layered foam and a webbed suspension concealed beneath billowy, comfortable upholstery that unfolds for an even more relaxed seat.
